It is very common to have this bundled in the installation of everything from Games through to accounting software. In this case, the C++ Redistributable is provided free of charge to allow third party developers to build applications in Visual C++ and provide them to end users. The exact same statement exists in a number of "free" products that Microsoft distributes. My question regards a statement in the End User Agreement for Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. It was suggested that I post my question here, so hopefully someone can provide some clarity for me.
